More: San Francisco… home to the Golden Gate bridge, the hilliest of hills, the 49ers, Alcatraz and scene to many a Hollywood blockbuster, including Bullitt which saw Steve McQueen zig-zagging around in his Mustang at high speed! San Francisco is also the home to some of the globes leading house music purveyors, which is why City Loud & Garage City have joined forces for one very special night at Turnmills to present San Francisco Calling on Saturday 18th March. This is the first time ever that the capital has witnessed such a distinguished line-up from the Californian state, as we fly over a hat-trick of San Fran superstars to join hosts and London legends Bobby & Steve. West Coast deep house and garage hero David Harness debuts, alongside Jay-J, the Grammy nominated Producer/DJ and 'Godfather of the San Francisco Sound'. Jay-J will be joined by his vocalist of choice - Latrice Barnett, who’ll be performing live on stage the smash hits, “Illuminate, Make my Heart, Love Is and Keep on Rising”. The San Fran trilogy is completed by fellow veteran DJ and Producer, Julius Papp. The jazz and funk enthusiast has been nominated for “Most Innovative Producer” at the House Music Awards and he’ll take his place in the intimate T2 alongside Garage City faves Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson, Neil Pearce and more. San Fran sounds for the coolest kids in town. See you down the front.
