Colours September 22nd
Well, what can we say? We are delighted to be invited back to the Fridge for a second time in one month! We are in full flight again at Fridge on the September 22nd. This follows on from our hugely successfully launch of Colours @ Factory and our previous four parties at the legendary Fridge, where the production values are, simply unsurpassed, Colours is again moving on from success to success.
This time we are delighted to be able to welcome Dean Peters to centre stage to delight us with his unique spectrum of sound. Dean, as a producer is famous for his tracks, The Beginning, Break It Down, Get Down and Dirty. He has held residencies at Twisted, Frantic, and has played the entire hard dance scene in London. Dean has agreed to perform an exclusive bouncy set for Colours as he returns from his sabbatical.
We are also excited about welcoming back Danny Gilligan. Danny played on our launch night of Colours at the Factory and received great acclaim for his driving closing set. Danny, a resident of Twist, Blast, Spectrum, Proactive and past residencies at Riot and Twisted, is a man to be seen. In 2004 he was voted the best resident Dj of the year by Harderfaster members and he has been going from strength to strength!
And of course, our headlining residents Red and Blue (Twist, Frantic, Blast, Ricochet) will be returning with their unique mixing style coupled with their wide spectrum of music that takes you through bouncy, uplifting and classics, but all with their hard driving sound. These guys just have to be seen!
Colours, now monthly at the Fridge offers you higher production values in terms of lighting, full multi-colour lasers and all the rest you come to expect from the Fridge. However, Colours go further, expect a full on party environment with helium filled balloons and impromptu live acts on stage and else where.
Based on our past Dreams series, where we held four parties over the last festive and holiday season each reaching our capacity of around 1,000 up for it clubbers at the Colosseum, showed what Hard Dance clubbers want; uplifting, at times bouncy, but always happy party.
From our original principles of our Dreams series of parties, we are offering you a night tailored to take you on a true musical journey that progresses smoothly through the night, not a mishmash of ill sequence DJs that so many other clubs just throw together. Unlike Dreams, Colours will focus solely on the Harder Dance and not defocus on other genres.
We have purposely decided that we will go with a small team of quality DJ’s that are unique in their style and mixing, and who have proven ability in progressing the night smoothly. All working together for that very special musical journey.
However, watch out for our very special one-off events at other locations that will occur from time to time.
We are striving to provide everybody with a clubbing family, for all to enjoy and be one. Simply, the place to be with your clubbing family.
Colours is about the perfect world that we all want to live in. Equality for all. Peace for all. Colours is a true Polycultural and Polysexual club, a club for all, a club of tolerance, and most importantly, a place to party on that musical journey we promised you.
And on a final note, we are not going to forget the less unfortunate, Colours is supporting the Starlight Children’s Foundation, to support the less fortunate children in our community.
