Stepping within this postapocalyptic speakeasy, playing on the notion that this is where NYC nightlife up‐and‐comers go to see and be seen, Verboten's lobby richly accentuated in security camera motifs welcomes guests with en vogue voyeurism and top secret exclusivity. Featuring a dancefloor comprised of sprung wood reclaimed from a warehouse once belonging to the one and only Thomas Edison juxtaposed by industrial chic elements such as chrome finishing and thrilling panoramic video walls.
