The award-winning Get Loaded in the Park festival returns to the capital’s finest field – Clapham Common this summer on Bank Holiday Sunday 30th August 2009 for its 6th year of hedonism. Brought to life by Lock N Load Events as part of the Clapham Weekender (also see South West Four on Saturday 29th August), last year’s sell-out show witnessed spectacular performances from the likes of Iggy & the Stooges, The Hives, Supergrass, Gossip, Kate Nash, Soulwax and Gogol Bordello amongst many others. Nominated for four awards at the UK Festival Awards, Get Loaded in the Park 2008 was widely regarded as our greatest hour with all 20,000 tickets selling out in advance.
