We went to Primrose Hill which should have been a good enough vantage point to see the Ally Pally fireworks but some people had inconveniently planted some trees in the way a few hundred years ago. Saw some good displays across central London though, including a massive one at what we think was Tower Bridge. Very pretty, it was like one long finale. We even got some up close displays as people let them off around the park in front of us, although this became a bit more terrifying when several fireworks started flying off in all directions.

Shame we missed you. Pretty much impossible to phone as well for at least an hour afterwards. So many people.
